Certified Field Technicians: Name, phone, and approximate address for service dispatch only
Email Delivery (MailKit/SMTP via itdivine.com): For sending confirmation and OTP emails
Hosting and Infrastructure: Secured cloud servers with encrypted data at rest

No data is sold to, shared with, or rented to marketing agencies, advertisers, or data brokers.

Data Security

All passwords are hashed using BCrypt (industry standard)
Database communications are encrypted (TLS/SSL)
OTPs expire within 10 minutes and are invalidated after use
Session tokens are stored in encrypted local storage
Admin and Technician access is role-controlled and logged
